Holidays not listed below are regular price, and regular pickup (day of rental between 9:30–Noon by appointment) and drop-off (before 9:00am the following business day).
May 23-25 - Memorial Day+−
For Memorial day, pickup will be Saturday morning (May 23) from 9:30-Noon (by appointment). Drop-off is Tuesday (May 26) before 9:00am. There is just a 1 day charge for the rental over these days.
July 3-5 - Independence Day+−
For the 4th of July holiday, pickup will be Friday morning (July 3) from 9:30-Noon (by appointment). Drop-off will be Monday Morning (July 6th) before 9:00am. There will be a 2-day charge for rentals over this holiday.
We are very committed to ensuring that our customers have a fully inspected, sanitized and ready to use product for their event. Fridays in the summer and the 4th of July are days we book out completely. Because the 4th of July falls on a Saturday, it doesn't give us adequate time before Saturday the 4th to have the rented items from Friday ready to go. We understand not all people will want to pay the 2 day charge, but it is how we have decided to best handle the volume of those busy days stacked in 1 weekend. You will get 3 days of rental items for the 2 day charge. We hope our already low pricing will make it worth it for you to utilize our services, but we understand it may not work for everyone.
July 23-24 - Pioneer Day+−
For the Pioneer day holiday, pickup will be Thursday morning (July 23) from 9:30-Noon (by appointment). Drop-off is Saturday (July 25) before 9:00am. It is just a 1 day charge for rentals over this holiday.
September 5 -September 7 - Labor Day+−
For the Labor Day holiday, pickup will be Saturday morning (September 5) from 9:30-Noon (by appointment). Drop-off is Tuesday (September 8) before 9:00am. It is just a 1 day charge for rentals over this holiday.
November 25-27 - Thanksgiving+−
Thanksgiving will be a normal, 1 day charge for all rented items. However, pickup will be Wednesday (November 26) from 9:30-Noon (by appointment). Drop-off will be Saturday (November 29) before 9:00am.
December 23-28 - Christmas Eve & Christmas+−
Christmas rentals will be a normal, 1 day charge for all rented items. However, pickup will be Wednesday (December 23) from 9:30-Noon (by appointment). Drop-off will be Monday (December 28) before 9:00am.
December 30 - January 1 - New Year's Eve+−
New Year's Eve will be a normal, 1 day charge for all rented items. However, pickup will be Wednesday (December 30) from 9:30-Noon (by appointment). Drop-off will be Saturday (January 2) before 9:00am.
