There's no better treat than smooth, rich soft serve ice cream! This is the ultimate crowd pleaser, and our Taylor 152 is built to keep up with the demand. It runs on a standard 110V outlet, making it easy to use at almost any event, while still delivering the quality and reliability Taylor is known for. A dedicated 20-amp circuit is required for proper operation. If you need to power the machine with a generator, you'll need one with at least 6,000 watts of starting capacity (you can conveniently rent one of ours under the Equipment category). We regularly stock vanilla and chocolate soft serve mix, and additional flavors are available by special order—just give us a call for pricing and availability.
This is a single-flavor machine, and we intentionally chose it for one simple reason—it performs better. We strongly discourage renting a dual-flavor machine that plugs into a standard 110V outlet. Over the years, we've purchased and tested nearly every 110V dual-flavor machine on the market, and we've found they simply can't keep up with medium or large events. Running two freezing cylinders on household power significantly reduces production capacity, often leading to long wait times and soft product during busy periods. For a small backyard gathering, they may work just fine, but they aren't designed to serve larger crowds efficiently. That's why leading commercial manufacturers like Taylor, Stoelting, and Electro Freeze build their high-capacity dual-flavor machines for 208–230V power with dedicated electrical circuits—not standard 110V outlets.
With our already amazingly low rental price, renting two single-flavor machines is often the best solution if you'd like to offer two flavors. You'll enjoy significantly higher serving capacity, faster serving times, the flexibility to put the machines in difference locations, and a much better experience for your guests.

If you need an extension cord we require you to rent one from us.
This machine is large and a minivan, LARGE SUV (Suburban, Expedition, etc), or truck are needed to transport. If you rent multiple machines you will need a truck.

Cancellation Policy
We have the best cancellation policy out there!
Your deposit will be fully refunded if the rented items are able to be rented to someone else. That means, the more notice we are given - the more likely a refund will be issued. That refund will only be issued once the item has been picked up and paid for by the replacement customer. If we are unable to rent the item to another customer, 100% of the deposit can be used as a future credit on any rental, and on any item! An additional deposit must still be collected to reserve another item, and the credit will be used on the remaining balance that is due at pickup.
If a reservation is cancelled after 9:00am the day PRIOR to your pickup day (24 hours before reservation), then 100% of the deposit is forfeited (no refund and no issued credit). In case of inclement weather, the 24hr cancellation policy will be waived and the deposit can be used as a future credit (unless we are able to re-rent the items to another customer, then a full refund will be issued). It is suggested that you arrange an alternate, indoor location for your event in case of weather. Determining what classifies as inclement weather and the waiving of the 24hr cancellation policy is at the discretion of Plan-it Rentals.
