Why are you increasing prices?


It is no secret that the current inflation rates, wage rates, products/good rates are drastically affecting businesses and individuals across the country. We, unfortunately, are also drastically affected. We have fought like crazy to keep our prices at the level they have been for over 10 years. The products we purchase to rent have increased in price significantly. Simple things like the sugar we use to make sugar floss and the containers they are stored in have gone up as much as 15%. Let alone the fabrics used on our custom-designed bounce houses and freight rates have sky-rocketed over 30%! Even more than that, the wages needed to retain employees and keep our level of service has gone way up. Trust us, we wish the current economic situation was different. We take no joy or extra profit in raising our rates! Keep in mind, we don't charge you tax on top of our already low rates! That's a huge savings. Our sales tax is built into our pricing.




How does your new pricing compare to your competition?


We are still the most affordable option you'll find. Our prices were already so ridiculously low and below market rate, that the small increases we have put in place haven't changed our competitive edge. Not only do we pride ourselves on renting the best equipment with the best service - we continue to do that at the best prices! Shop around, but we are confident that our prices are the best!




Can't you save costs other ways?


I often wish that customers could see all we do to save time and money for our customers. We have spent incredible time and resources on having the best systems and procedures in place to cut costs at every corner. That is how we are able to keep our pricing so low! We work incredibly hard to source products at the lowest rates possible. We negotiate and buy items in bulk. I can assure you we are doing everything we can to make sure we pass the lowest possible price onto our customers.
